Massena Senior High School had the highest enrollment among St. Lawrence County schools, welcoming 827 students during the 2022-23 academic year, according to the New York State Education Department.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 81.3% of the Massena Senior High School's total enrollment.

Among the 37 schools in St. Lawrence County, Ogdensburg Free Academy ranked second in enrollment numbers with 714 students, while Lisbon Central School welcomed 561 students and came in third in the 2022-23 school year.
