Lowville Academy & Central School District had the highest enrollment among Lewis County school districts, welcoming 1,282 students during the 2022-23 school year, according to the New York State Education Department.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.2% of them were girls, and 49.8% were boys.
