There was a single gas station in cities across Jefferson County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.92 per gallon in the week ending Oct. 5, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Jefferson County was $3.09 per gallon.
Of the 70 reported gas stations in cities within Jefferson County, 36 offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in New York was $3.17, compared to $3.22 the week before.
