The Early Intervention Online Program (EIP), also known as the EI-Hub system, has been facing significant challenges. According to recent reports, these issues have prevented children with disabilities across New York from receiving the essential support they require. The system was initially designed to streamline access to services but its implementation has resulted in widespread difficulties.

In response to these concerns, a call for action has been made. "We need to fix this as soon as possible so more children don’t go without the help they so desperately need," said a spokesperson addressing the issue. They emphasized the necessity of an investigation by the Health Department to ensure that the system functions efficiently and reliably.

The problems with EI-Hub highlight the critical importance of reliable systems for providing timely support to children in need. As stakeholders work towards resolving these issues, there is hope for improvements that will better serve New York's children with disabilities.
