Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush (R,C-Black River) recently attended the annual Adirondack Day event in Albany, alongside other members of the state Legislature. The event was marked by the presence of lawmakers, businesses, and organizations from across the Adirondack Park.
The forum serves as a platform for stakeholders to advocate for New York’s Adirondack region. Blankenbush noted, “Each year, people from all around the Adirondack Park travel to Albany to showcase and raise awareness of their distinct towns and regions. I am fortunate to represent a part of this National Historic Landmark.”
He further emphasized the scale of the park he represents, stating it is "larger than Yellowstone, Yosemite, The Grand Canyon, Glacier, and the Great Smokies National Parks combined." Blankenbush concluded by reaffirming his commitment to serving the constituents of the Adirondack Park.
