DWI Arrest

St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies charged Ashley A. Powell with Driving While Intoxicated - BAC .08 of 1% or More (Misdemeanor), Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor), and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations following a traffic stop on River Road in the Town of Pierrepont. During the course of the investigation, Powell was found to be intoxicated and provided a breath sample of .15% BAC. Powell was issued tickets and is set to appear in Pierrepont Town Court on a later date.
