Lisbon Man Charged Following Continuing Investigation

St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Detectives have additionally charged Douglas M. Monroe with Forcible Touching (A Misdemeanor). Monroe is alleged to have intentionally and for no legitimate purpose forcibly touched the sexual or other intimate parts of a 14 year old in the Town of Lisbon. Monroe was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lisbon Town Court at a later date. Monroe continues to be held in the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. The investigation is continuing.
