Canton Woman Charged Following Domestic

St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies charged Sara N. Carter with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the Second Degree after investigating a report of a domestic incident on the North Woods Road in the Town of Canton. Carter was found to have shoved an individual during an argument in the presence of a child. Carter was arraigned in front of Judge Velez of Hermon Town Court and released on her own recognizance. A refrain from order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
