Hogansburg Woman Charged Following A Traffic Stop
St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies charged Leanne P. Armstrong with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, and Speed in Zone following a traffic stop on Gouverneur Street in the Village of Canton. Sheriff's Office K-9 was requested to the scene and alerted to the vehicle. Armstrong was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine. Armstrong was issued tickets to appear at Canton Town Court at a later date. The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Canton Police Department.
