Charges Following Domestic Dispute
St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies charged Andrew T. Berry and Stephanie L. Fox after investigating a report of a domestic incident. Berry was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd. Fox was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Both parties were issued appearance tickets and are set to appear in Louisville Town Court on a later date.
