Of the 13,034 people living in Fort Drum in 2020, 36.9 percent (4,808) were women and 63.1 percent (8,226) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Country Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 3,001. All 26 individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
