During a recent address, concerns were raised about the state of New York’s economy. An official expressed dissatisfaction with the optimistic vision presented, highlighting several critical issues faced by residents. The cost of living was noted as unsustainable, driven by increasing housing prices, high grocery costs, and rising energy expenses attributed to green energy initiatives.

The statement urged for substantial actions and effective solutions rather than “empty rhetoric and failed promises.” It called on Governor Hochul to take decisive steps in addressing these pressing challenges.

“Today’s address painted an optimistic vision for New York but failed to address the urgent challenges residents face,” it stated. The message further emphasized that “New Yorkers need bold action and real solutions.”

The call concluded with a demand for tangible progress: “It’s time for Gov. Hochul to walk the walk.”
