On Friday night, the majority initiated a strategy that could result in the 21st Congressional District being without representation until November. This action has been characterized as a “blatant power grab by Albany party bosses.”

Residents are urged to take action by joining efforts to send a message to Governor Hochul. The call is for her to “prioritize the needs of the people over party politics” and demand an immediate special election so that “every New Yorker has a voice in Congress.”

Individuals are encouraged to sign a petition to participate and express their concerns.
