The case, which attracted significant public attention, has concluded with the decision to return the family home. “I am pleased to share that the family at the center of this recent federal immigration matter is being returned home,” Gray stated. The family’s return was confirmed by federal authorities, and Gray expressed gratitude for this outcome.

According to Gray, the family has been released following health assessments and engagement with ICE and investigators. “ICE has made an independent decision to release the family while the criminal investigation continues to be conducted,” he noted.
